Stewardship
For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord.
Plans to prosper you; to give you a hope and a future.
Shortly, CSLC members will be receiving a mailing including a pledge card for 2026. As we focus on Stewardship during the next several weeks we are reflecting on Jeremiah’s letter to the exiles taken from Jerusalem to Babylon and the hope he offers them. This was a scattered and scared people, far away from home, and without protection.
Life can sometimes feel scattered and scary when we don’t have a plan or a sense of direction. When we gain that plan though, we can move more freely and toward common goals.
Our CSLC Church Council will soon be working to set the budget for 2026. Among the plans for next year that will need your support are:
Launching a Community/Family Ministry
Installing sun shades over the patio
Purchase event banners in lieu of a costly sign
Continuing to support and grow our existing
mission work in the community
We need YOUR support in determining our plan. Your pledge of anticipated giving in 2026 will help us set our budget and turn these plans into reality. Please prayerfully consider how you can be part of God’s plan and make your pledge online here. Thank you!
